Registration & Payment Policies

Program Terms of Use
To register for an MSK CME activity, attendees must review and agree to the CME Program Terms of Use during the registration process.

Payment
MSK CME accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for course registration. Cash payments are not accepted.

Registration Discounts
MSK CME is committed to making educational activities accessible to a broad audience. Discounted registration may be available for eligible groups. Requests are subject to approval. For complete eligibility requirements and details, please review the Policy on Registration Discounts.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a registered course, please notify the MSK CME team by emailing [email protected] at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the course. For complete details, including applicable cancellation fees, please review the Cancellation Policy.

Industry Professionals

An “industry professional” is defined as any individual, irrespective of provider type, who is employed by an ineligible company. Industry professionals are welcome to participate in MSK CME activities for their own educational purposes. However, marketing, sales, and promotional activities are strictly prohibited during accredited educational programs. For complete details, please review the Registration Policy for Industry Professionals.

Faculty Resources

Faculty participating in MSK CME activities are required to complete certain forms and attestations, including a Financial Disclosure Form. Additional instructions will be provided by the CME team.

Common resources include:

CME Portal Resources

The MSK CME Portal is your central resource for registration, faculty tasks, evaluations, certificates, transcripts, syllabi, and course materials. You can access the Portal at any time by visiting msk.org/cme. Once signed in, course resources are available under My CME.
