Breast Pathology Consensus Conference 2017

Ongoing review of challenging breast pathology cases before the final diagnosis is rendered, review of cases constituting classic examples of common diagnostic entities, review of cases constituting uncommon variants of common diagnostic entities, and review of breast pathology tumors and mimics of malignancy. Journal club presentation of recent peer-reviewed publications on breast pathology, and discussion of pertinent literature.

1. Review and discussion of diagnostically challenging cases and ways to resolve them
2. Review and discussion of the clinical implications associated with specific diagnosis
3. Review and discussion of ancillary techniques that can be used in the diagnositc work up of a case
4. Correlation of the pathologic findings with the clinical and radiologic characteristics of the lesion
