Originally presented live on September 27—28, 2024, this conference offers professional training in clinical cancer genetics, hosted by one of the world’s largest and most renowned cancer genetics centers. The comprehensive program features presentations and panel discussions led by distinguished experts specializing in disease-specific management. Designed to provide a solid foundation in cancer genetics, the program explores the implications of genetic testing for patient care and showcases the latest advancements in cancer genomics.

Featured topics include:

— Predisposition, Prediction and Prevention: A Window on the Future of Pediatric Cancer
— Current Topics in Hereditary Breast, Gynecologic, Gastrointestinal, and Genitourinary Cancers
— Hereditary Hematologic Malignancies and Rare Cancer Syndromes
— Therapeutic Implications and Utility of Paired Tumor/Normal Sequencing
— Comprehensive High Risk Cancer Surveillance and Management
— Novel Genetics Care Delivery Models in Oncology
— Delivery of Genetics Care to Historically Underrepresented Populations

Additionally, the program includes a keynote presentation and a combined Department of Medicine and Department of Pediatrics Grand Rounds Lecture, featuring the prestigious Niehaus, Southworth, Weissenbach Award and Visiting Professorship. This year’s lecture is delivered by David Malkin, MD, FRCP(C), from the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), presenting on Predisposition, Prediction, and Prevention: A Window on the Future of Pediatric Cancer.
