Online Syllabus: Registered participants will receive access to an online syllabus, which will include both faculty presentation (slides) and recorded videos from the course .

For over four decades, the MSK Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine has offered a course on the surgical pathology of neoplastic diseases. This program, led by the esteemed attending pathology staff at MSK, continuously evolves to incorporate the expanding contributions of cytopathology, immunopathology, and molecular pathology.

The target audience for this program includes practicing pathologists, both in academic and private practice environments, as well as residents and fellows in pathology who wish to broaden their understanding of neoplastic diseases.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this course, attendees will be able to:

  1. Label current classifications and diagnostic criteria for tumors and tumor-like lesions
  2. Highlight the appropriate use of ancillary diagnostic techniques
  3. Discuss differential diagnoses and understand the practical, problem- oriented approach
  4. Identify clinical pathological features of the various tumor entities
